Performed AC Tune Up on Payne system. Replaced 20x22x1 Air Filter. Tested components and found the Blower Motor Capacitor was testing below rating. Also found Dual capacitor testing low. The single Poe Contactor is worn and pitted, and a voltage drop was measured across the coil indicating the Contactor is wearing. Also found condensation drain pipe was clogged and the coil pan was overflowing. Cleared drain line and tested. The floor drain the condensation pipe empties into is backing up and also appears to be clogged. Measured refrigerant and found system to be low on charge. It appears as if a drop in replacement refrigerant was used on the system at one time. System is only cooling with a 12-13 Degree temperature split and if ran the indoor coil may freeze up. There are two refrigerants hand written on the outdoor unit, so the exact refrigerant is not known and the refrigerants cannot be mixed. Would recommend replacement of the Gas Furnace/AC system due to overall poor condition
