Performed cooling maintenance, checked air filter ok. Cleaned condensate drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge, checked operation and temperature drop across coil. Can’t find anything reason for poor cooling
