Completed Quality Assurance on Gas Furnace. Reviewed Settings and completed checklist form. Homeowner had concerns over the vents dripping water in the basement which was due to the contractors leaving the Sliding door open while they were working. She also had concerns over water that was found in the wall cavity where the Lineset runs outside. Siliconed around the interior and exterior of the wall penetration. Taped around the Lineset insulation where two pieces of insulation meet. Did not see any signs of water at time of visit. The Lineset is at ground level outside and water may be coming in through the ground. Also recommended that she has the contractors foam seal around the Lineset in the exposed wall cavity which will help fill any cracks or seams that might be letting water through. The Lineset for the apartment above her runs next to her Lineset. Outside the insulation is missing, but through the wall the Lineset appears to be insulated. Homeowner is going to monitor and tal
