Performed propane condensing boiler ultra 155, tune up check electrical low and high ok noticed small crack on top hole where of of the nuts is holding the cover, would recommend replacing cover plate, clean heat exchanger and burner, cleaned sensor, check all settings inputs and outputs ok temperatures ok, performed combustion test ok test all 3 zones ok back and front house ok game room baseboard ok, back and front thermostats are set to emergency heat, test regular heat and both are working ok, service two humidifiers, set to normal settings test and cycle ok check all filters, performed heat tune up on garage propane furnace, replaced air filter, cleaned flame sensor, and inspect burners ok performed combustion test check temps rise ok unit is working within manufacture numbers, also performed heat tune up on split heat pump with 10 kw electric as back up, located in the attic above recreation room, check 10 kw back up ok all settings ok check temp rise on regular and emergency hea
