Found the system had locked out because return temp was higher then supply temp. The plugs were switched from the flue temp and return temp. Also found water in the bottom of the unit upon farther inspection found a hole in the heat exchanger, used high temperature silicone to plug hole until replacement of heat exchanger or of unit is done.
