Performed heating maintenance, checked media air filters. Serviced humidifiers, cleaned and replaced water panels. Started and checked operation. Cleaned burners and flame sensors, inspected heat exchangers. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values ok. Blew out condensate traps. Cleaned condensate pumps. Condensate discharge Lines are getting clogged and will not blow out clear, recommend replacing vinyl discharge lines, also wire first floor condensate pump safety. Measured fuel pressures adjusted to 3.5â€. Started gas furnaces, performed combustion test. Checked operation and temperature rise. Need to drop off filters when they come in.
