Found 24 volts going to contacter, but did not have 240volts passing thru. Found contacter burned up. Replaced with 40 amp single pole contactor and then went on to check refrigerant pressures. Pressures were 329/106 at 48 degrees out door air temp. Also had 22 degrees of subcooling. System is not low on charge at this point. Found washable filter inside needs washed ( homeowner to take care of it). Found a 27 degree temperature rise with not aux heat assisting it. Talked to homeowner about using a leak stop agent, at this time he wants to leave the system the way it is.
