Performed heating maintenance, checked air filters ok. Cleaned burners and flame sensor, inspected heat exchangers. Blew out condensate trap and drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started gas furnace, tested limit and safety switches, measured fuel pressures and performed combustion test. Checked operation and temperature rise When testing basement condensate, found that pump was slow to pump, the check valve has failed on the condensate pump and the discharge is pinched. Recommend replacing condensate pump and discharge.
