Returned to site to connect Honeywell T10 Thermostatto Wifi. Attempted Wifi connection multiple times. Called Honeywell Technical Support and cycled Powered to the Main Router in the basement to change IP Address on the thermostat which then connected to the Wifi. Walked through setting the App up on the phone. On arrival, system was set to cool but outdoor unit was out on the E04 Error Code again. Checked Line Voltage at 239 VAC. Cycled power to System and restarted. Showed homeowner how to turn power off to system if issue occurs again. If a continued problem we will need to install a power monitor to verify if there is an incoming power voltage issue.
