Performed precision heat tune up on 2 climate master geothermal systems. 1 system is a split system for second floor, other system is a package geothermal for first floor. Homeowner to replace 20x25x1 air filter for second floor and Aprilaire 413 for first floor. Checked temperature rise at both systems. Checked temperature split at geo well loop on first and second floor geothermal. Both were 5 degrees on well loop very good. Checked all electrical conections and components. Found mold in second floor air handler. Recommend installing a reme halo indoor air quality system. First found geo look ok as far as no visible mold growth. Checked operation of well circulator pumps. Inspected coils for rust and corrosion. Tested operation of emergency heat on both systems. Geo’s are working fine at time of service.
