Water leak, customer has gas boiler with indirect hot water storage tank, upon arrival customer explained what was going on, water was coming off boiler relief valve, check water pressure at boiler reading 30 psi, expansion tank was full of water, quoted to drain expansion tank customer ok, when draining tank found that water was still coming off relaid valve and pressure kept going up, isolate house pressure and boiler side, found storage tank leaking water bill into heating circuit (boiler loop) isolate boiler from domestic water, this way customer will have heat, and quoted for new storage how water tank, customer ok repairs /replacement, current condition, customer has heat but no hot water we will come back tomorrow to install new storage tank, customer paid 50% down, We abandoned the buderus tank and all the pipes going to it. Redirected the pipes off the boiler to new indirect tank. Replaced all pex piping that was for the domestic side of the water heater, added shut off valv
