No hot water, found water on the floor upon arrival, check for leaks and found tank leaking, new water heater is required, quoted for new water heater and land lord accepted the repairs, we will be installing a new water heater, drained old water heater. Installed new natural gas atmospheric water heater. Adapted to exsisting water lines with 3/4†copper piping. Adapted to exsisting gas line and soap checked for leaks. Set new water heater in drain pan with tank alarm. Checked for water leaks. Set gas valve to hot position. Water heater is working fine at time of install.
