(Customer signed up for service plan for first floor only) check electrical low and high voltage check supply and return temperature ok, flushed drain test pump add tabs to pump check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures r22 capacitor reading within specifications contactor ok amps draw compressor and fan motor, outdoor disconnect is hard to pull, also cover for outdoor unit was missing screws installed two new screws but is not holding firmly, informed customer about findings. unit is 17 years old, would recommended upgrading to new and high efficiency Air Conditioning system.
