Maintenance Plan Renewal 2021-2022 Heat Tune Up for 3 Ton Heat Pump Made call for heat from thermostat. Checked temp rise. Checked all field and manufacturer wiring. Replaced filter. Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked amp draw of compressor. Found burned lead at contactor and burned terminals on capacitor. Capacitor is reading within tolerance. Highly recommend replacement of contactor and capacitor. Homeowner asked for an emailed estimate. Recommend cleaning outdoor coil. Heat Pump is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
