Drained and removed old water heater. Installed new 75 gallon Bradford white gas water heater. Installed new pan. Adapted water pipes to existing piping. Installed new shut off valve on cold water line. Installed new expansion tank. Adapted flue piping to existing flue. Adapted gas piping with new piping from water heater to flex gas line. Installed 2 new condensate pumps in basement next to water heater. Piped water heater pan to condensate pump. Installed water alarm, taco leak breaker shut powered shut off valve, and Honeywell lyric sensor. Purged air from water lines in home. Checked water pressure of house. Water heater set to hot and running now. Checked for water leaks.
