Our central air conditioning unit broke down and was not fixable. We called two companies with whom we have done prior business and could not get a timely estimate or installation date. We knew that we wanted an American Standard unit, but we also understood how important a quality installation was to the proper function of the unit. After reading reviews of other local HVAC companies, we called DiBiase. We had a prompt response to our request for an estimate and a reasonable wait period for the installation. Our experience with the company was great from start to finish. Bill Duffy, our salesman, returned our phone calls immediately. The install team, Dave & ? arrived on schedule and worked diligently despite the day’s heatwave. They were extremely pleasant and wanted to make sure we were happy.
