Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Bryant Heat Pump System. Replaced High Efficiency 401 Air Filter. Inspected Electrical Components on Air Handler and Outdoor Unit. Blower Motor Capacitor was testing at its highest recommended rating. A preventative measure would be to replace the Capacitor before it reads out of rating. Mold and growth were found inside the Air Handler and on some wiring inside the Air Handler. Tested operation of system in Heat Mode and measured Refrigerant Charge. Tested the 15 Kw Electric Auxilary Heat Kit. Forced system into Defrost to ensure it was switching over properly.
