Service call that the system was not cooling the home. Upon arrival found indoor temperature at 85 Degrees and the system was set to cooling. Proceeded to the basement to trouble the system. Found indoor Coil and Lineset completely frozen and the blower motor not running. Control board was flashing a 6 Flash Red Light error code indicating an issue with the Blower motor operation. After testing, found blower motor was receiving 244 Volts for the high voltage but was not testing any 24V signal. Blower was attempting to start but would slowly spin a 1/2 rotation and then stop. When system was powered off the Blower wheel would not free spin and had resistance. Recommendation is to replace the ECM Blower Motor. If the Control Board does not send the proper signal to the motor then the Control Board will also need to be replaced. Turned off breakers in the Air Handler and pulled the disconnect for the outdoor unit. We will call Amana in the morning to get pricing and availability for the M
