Service call that the AC was not cooling. Upon arrival spoke with homeowner about issue. System was turned off upon arrival. Inspected indoor coil and found small amounts of ice remaining on coil. Removed ice and put system in operation. Replaced 201 Air Filter provided by the homeowner. Checked Air Measurements and found only a 14 Degree Supply versus return differential. Measured refrigerant charge and found system low on charge. Added 3lbs of 410-A refrigerant to system, charging by Subcooling. Subcooling increased from 1 degree to 10 degrees and temperature split increased to 18 degrees. No dye was added to the system at this time. Would recommend a full AC Tune Maintenance on system.
