Performed Inspection of Burnham Oil Boiler. Removed Burner Assembly and replaced Oil Nozzle. Cleaned and reset Electrodes. Changed Oil Filter and Cleaned Assembly. Removed Flue Pipe to Clean Chimney Base and to Clean Heat Exchanger on Boiler. Reassembled and used Furnace Cement to seal around Chimney Base. Put Boiler in operation to test. Bled Oil Line of Air. Performed a Combustion Test, Draft Test, and Smoke Test on Boiler. Smoke Test was measured a Trace at 1. Combustion and Draft Tests all measured within standards. Monitored system to ensure it was Heating properly. Water pressure in System was low at about 5 PSI. Added water to system to increase pressure to around 10 PSI. System is operating to standards at this time.
