Returned to further diagnose Boiler which was opening the Relief Valve. Pressure on the Boiler was around 30 PSI and the Expansion Tank was full of water. Drained Expansion Tank and put system in operation testing Zone 1 of the Heating. Upon initial startup Water was at 10 PSI. After running for 30-40 Minutes the Relief Valve opened due to the water pressure increasing to above 30 PSI. Measured Supply Water Temperature to verify the Aquastat was working properly and not overheating. Inspected Shut Off Valves and did not find any water leaking through. Isolated the Domestic Hot Water Coil and Pressure held steady for over 20 minutes. After opening the Valves to the Domestic Coil the pressure began increasing. This indicates that there is a leak in the domestic Hot Water Coil causing the Pressure to increase. Also found multiple Valves leaking on the Hydronic System. Would recommend replacement of the Water Feeding Valve and converting the Expansion Tank to a Diaphragm style Tank. Includ
