Performed a gas piping pressure test, removed union from gas meter and attached pressure gage, isolate gas line from furnace and gas range connection, pressure line to 3 psi and held pressure, customer now has to contact peco, once peco has come out and unlock the meter we would come out and connect gas line back to the meter and soap bubble furnace connections, during Today’s visit found outdoor unit running, unit is iced up, thermostat is set to heat, but the ac is running, and also per local and gas code all gas piping goin though floor has to be hard pipe, currently gas range supply is using gas connector (violation) informed customer about these findings and emailed proposal on fixing gas piping to gas range and also troubleshooting HVAC System,
