Service call that the system was not cooling for Apartment 205. Upon arrival found indoor temperature at 82 Degrees. Turned system on to test. System was not producing Supply Air. Inspected Air Handler and found Indoor Coil completely frozen. Blower fan is running and Air Filter is clean. The ice on the coil is blocking the Air Flow. Cannot fully diagnose system until the coil is fully defrosted. Once system has defrosted we will return and further troubleshoot to determine the reason why the system is freezing. Returned to site to further diagnose. Inspected system and found blower wheel excessively dIrty. Checked fan speed settings and increased speed tapping from medium to high. Removed filter cover and inspected indoor coil. Checked Blower Motor Capacitor which was testing within rating. Proceeded to rooftop and measured refrigerant charge. After testing system would recommend replacement of the Blower Motor and Blower Wheel due to the poor and dirty condition of the motor and wh
