Service call that the AC was not running. Upon arrival found outdoor unit buzzing but not turning on. Inspected Components and found a failed Dual Capacitor at the Outdoor Unit. Installed a new 35/5 Mfd Capacitor and put system in operation. Measured refrigerant charge and measured Amp readings of the Compressor. Measured Air Temperature readings and replaced 18x18x1 Air Filter. System is operating, but would recommend a Tune Up on both the AC system and Oil Furnace. Would recommend the Annual Maintenance Membership program.
