Performed precision heat tune up on 3 system. One oil boiler tune up and 2 Goodman split heat pump systems. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drains. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperature rise at both air handlers. Checked operation of condensation pump in basement. Replaced rf1 oil filter on boiler and 1.25x80 a nozzle. Brushed and vacuumed smoke pipe and heat exchanger. Tested circulator pump and made sure loop was getting hot. Performed smoke and combustion test. Checked operation of thermostats to engage emergency heat if thermostat was separated by 2 degrees, all systems are working fine at time of inspection.
