Performed ac tune up, check electrical low and high voltage connections, replaced air filter, flushed drain, noticed lot of water accumulation in drain pan from evaporator coil, drain pipe not pitch away from coil, check airflow blower motor and capacitor Temperature drop across coil 24 delta, check outdoor unit capacitor contactor and refrigerant pressure R22 found existing super boost is not helping compressor anymore, unit is from 2004 and uses freon r22 one of the options is to replace system, customer decided to change super boost on outdoor unit and repair drain line so is pitch correctly, Repair condensation drain line 3/4 pvc Replacement of super boost check drain and draining correctly cycle ac unit. Customer is aware of air conditioning age and condition, outdoor unit is leaning downhill, once customer gets new system installed we will need to level ground or set unit on brackets.
