Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on the Gas Furnaces for the First Floor and Second Floor Systems. Checked 16x25x1 Air Filters on both Units. Filters were clean and in good condition. While testing the Electeical Components on the First Floor System, found the Blower Motor Capacitor was measuring at its lowest recommended rating. Replaced Blower Capacitor and tested operation. Cleaned Drain Lines and Tubing for both systems. The Drain Tubing which Drains Condensation from the Exhaust Pipe into the Secondary Heat Exchanger for the Second Floor system was completely clogged. Removed Tubing and cleared entire Tubing of blockage. Performed Smoke Tests and Combustion Tests on both systems. The First Floor System Combustion a Levels were to standards at this time. While performing Smoke testing on the Second Floor System Heat Exchanger found distortion in the Smoke when the Blower comes on in Chambers 1 &3. Also noted Flame Distortion in these Chambers during regular operation. These te
