Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Lennox system. Checked 20x25x5 Air Filter which needs to be changed. Homeowner is going to order a new Filter and change. Checked Refrigerant Charge and Temperature split of system. While performing Tune Up on system, found Blower Motor Capacitor was testing below the recommended rating. The Contactor on the Outdoor unit is worn and pitted. Also found one of the Compressor wires was wearing through the outer insulation of the wiring. Recommend repairing the wire, and replacing the Contactor and Blower Capacitor. Also found damage to the Outdoor Coil. Inspected the Indoor Coil and found that it is rusting. Due to age and condition of equipment recommend replacement of the Furnace and Air Conditioner. We did not perform a Heating Tune Up on this system for this current ESA Membership. Two Air Conditioning Tune Ups were performed, as requested by Homeowner. ESA Membership will be Up for renewal in July 2018. The office will call and schedule a Heating
