Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Carrier System. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Filter was dirty and should be checked and replaced as needed every 30-45 Days. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Blower Motor was very hot to the touch. This could be attributed to the Dirty Air Filter. Motor is rated for 14.5 Amps and was running around 12 Amps. This is a 1075 RPM 1 HP Blower Motor. There is no Access to the Condensation Drain Line to Clean Out. Had previously recommended installation of an EZ Trap onto the AC Drain Line. Revised EZ Trap estimate and is included whit today’s invoice. Checked Refrigerant Charge and Measured Air Temperatures on Supply and Return. Refrigerant levels are to standards at this time.
