Service call that there was a whistling noise coming from the Unit. Upon arrival, spoke with Homeowner about issue. Was informed that the Whistling noise was intermittent and has no been present in the past few days. Turned System on to test and monitor system. Was unable to replicate the whistling noise in the system. Did find that the Blower Cabinet door had insulation around the frame of it to seal it. The insulation was worn in several areas. Removed the Insulation and installed new strips of Foam Insulation around the Cabinet door to better seal. Checked positioning of Air Filter and Inspected Blower Wheel to ensure there was no debris on it. Put system back in operation and monitored for several minutes.
