Performed precision heat tune up on Goodman gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Blew out condensate drain. Found no water protection on Goodman gas furnace and finished basement. Recommend installing a wet switch. Homeowner to possibly install at a later date. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.
