Performed heat pump check up, check electrical low and high ok, test 15 kw back up heat ok air filter was just replaced, indoor coil is clean check outdoor unit capacitor and contactor, capacitor reading below the Minuit rating and contactor is wearing out, would recommend replacement of those two parts, check refrigerant pressures ok test defrost cycle unit ok outdoor coil is clean, helped customer set up current thermostat, was set to heat pump lock out at 30 degrees and emergency heat lock out at 0, switched those two number to 0 for heat pump and 35 for emergency heat, customer passed on recommend repairs
