Performed gas heat tune up check electrical low and high ok clean flame sensor and check burners ok gas pressure replace air filter, test furnace for 45 mins did not see any issues with ignition, customer had problem with furnace yesterday he reset it and worked ok, did not see any error codes on board, found very dirty sensor lot of build up, that could off shut the system off on flame lost, cycle furnace performed combustion test ok noticed blower wheel is super dirty recommend having blower wheel removed and to be clean, also exhaust pipe to be repaired to stop leak, quoted for repairs Repair exhaust pipe leak and also remove blower wheel and clean it.
