Ripped out old air handler and replaced it with a new AMERICAN standard air handler. On existing return box and adapted supply duct work as needed. Taped and sealed all duct connections. Installed a new HE filter on return. Ran a new condensate drain with a new ez trap wired in to unit. A new condensate pump with new vinyl tubing ran to discharge pipe. Reconnected high voltage wiring for heat kit. Ran new copper lines from indoor unit to a new American standard heat pump. Brazed and leak checked all joints with 300 psi of nitrogen and soapy bubbles. Let vacuum down to 130 microns . Heat pump is in a new plastic pad with rocks underneath and on pump up feet. New disconnect box and whip to unit. Caulked and sealed all penetration into house. Tested unit and it is running good . Drained and removed old hot water and Installed a new Bradford white electric hot water heater. Tested and set temp to 120degrees inspected for leaks and put a new shut off on.
