Performed ac and heat tune up on heat pump with electric heat back up, check electrical low and high ok filter ok test 15 kw back up ok 20 amps each element 3 elements, flushed drain, test pump ok cleaned pump, and added union for better drain access, check temp split ok, indoor coil and blower wheel is dirty would recommend cleaning both items. ok outdoor unit refrigerant pressures are low needs some refrigerant, also check capacitor ok, contactor is pitted burnt contacts, start cap has lot of corrosion would recommend replacing, emailed proposal for the recommendations would recommend having an estimate for system replacement
