performed precision oil furnace tune up. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Replaced rf1 oil filter. Replaced.85x80 b nozzle. Checked temperature rise was 65 degrees. Performed smoke and combustion test. Also blower wheel welds are breaking off of center of blower wheel grinding and making a lot of noise. Also found blower motor bearings are worn. Called distributer for price and availability on new motor with blower wheel. Also told homeowner the 2nd option would be to replace the oil furnace, homeowner wanted to due the repair at this point, ordered the parts from distributer. 10/22/21. Installed new blower wheel and blower motor. Ran system in fan on and checked operation of fan motor.
