Heat Tune Up under new maintenance plan for 100K BTU 2 stage propane furnace. Checked 20x24x1 filter. Verified thermostat operation. Checked all wiring. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked hot surface ignitor resistance and visually inspected for cracks during start up. Visually inspected heat exchanger and burners. Checked gas pressures. Measured temperature rise. Checked for gas leaks in gas piping using bubbles. Verified humidifier operation. Pad is ok at this time. Left bypass damper open. Set humidistat to 35%. Combustion test: passed. Completed Gas Furnace Inspection Form. Furnace is operating safely at design conditions at the time of this maintenance.
