Ripped out old natural gas furnace coil and condenser, also removed old bracket that the outdoor unit sat on. Caulked holes after removal on concrete. Leveled out ground and install gravel and new condenser pad. Flushed line set and blew nitrogen through, installed new outdoor unit on level ground also installed new disconnect and whip along with all new low-voltage wires going outside. Installed new gas furnace 90% and same spot. Reuse return doctAnd 1 inch filter rack. Install new big cabinet Plenum, reconnected flex to store collar on top of Plenum. Taped silicone all holes for no air leakage. Reconnected gas piping along with new gas cock. Bubble tested found no leaks at time of completion. Install new 1900 box switch and receptacle on side of heater. Taped around. Upon arrival we noticed that the exhaust was incorrectly pitched, hooked up 3 inch PVC exhaust and fresh air to code at time of completion. Install new EZ trap, fresh air drain kit, and wet switch 115 v condensate pum
