Water leak coming from air handler, found some water on the floor upon arrival, noticed drain line was not pitch correctly and drain pan full of water, drain termination was not fully inserted into pump making upward pitch towards unit, corrected drain line and explained to customer that when it’s time to replace filter to make sure drain line is pitch and fully inserted into pump correctly.
