Went over entire system found r410a refrigerant pressures were 272/88. System seemed low. Heat pump system was replaced in 2016 by home warranty company. Started to add a small amount of 410a. Suction pressure did not change. Air filter was clean. System more than likely has a restriction or failing txv valve. Told homeowner that we do not know the refrigerant practices of the home warranty company when they replaced heat pump and coil would recommend replacing the heat pump and coil. Called office and set up sales appointment.
