No ac found system off upon arrival, told customer to start the ac and found outdoor unit making loud noise, found defective fan blade, also shaft of motor seem to be defective running unbalanced, explained to customer without fan can’t check refrigerant pressures, could be low on refrigerant but without fan there is no way to check refrigerant pressures quoted for new motor and blade
