Service call that the Gas Furnace was not running. Upon arrival found Heat turned off at thermostat. Proceeded to furnace in basement and the Inducer Motor was running with no call for heat. Inspected Control Board and found burn spot on Board. Tapped on relays and inducer motor shut off. Cycled system and unit began running. Performed Combustion Test on system. Replaced the 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected Burners which are starting to rust, but are firing off properly. Burners may need to be removed and cleaned or replaced at some point. System is currently operating but due to the burn damage and the intermittent issue with the furnace, the Control Board will need to be replaced. Will call Lennox tomorrow to get pricing and availability for the Board and follow up with customer.
