Returned to site to replace OEM Lennox Control Board for system. Turned power off to unit and disconnected and removed existing Control Board. Installed new Lennox Control Board and reconnected all wiring connections. Set Dipswitch settings for Fan Delay. Put system back into operation and tested operation. Cycled system multiple times to ensure it was firing properly. Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on system. The 16x25x1 Air Filter was just changed. Cleaned Furnace Drain Lines and Inducer Tubing Lines. Tested Electrical Components on Furnace. Tested Resistance on the Ignitor and measured 2.7 Microamps on the Flame Sensor when system was in operation. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace and measured Air Temperature readings. Rust is forming on burners but burners are lighting and firing with no delay. Did note while testing system that the thermostat display was off by 1 degree when it would shut the system down.
