Found when I arrived outdoor fan motor running but not compressor. Tested 35/5 mfd capacitor, capacitor tested at 34.7/5 mfd. also found contacter buzzing. Told homeowner the only option we can try is to put a hard start on the system to see if we can temporarily get compressor to work. After putting on spp6 hard start, older ducane a/c came on. System ismiss matted with a newer carrier air handler in the attic. Recommend replacing the system, homeowner would also like to get a price if he were to replace both first and second floor systems. R-22 pressures are 239/60. System is cooling for now,
