Service call that the Gas Furnace was not operating. Arrived onsite and spoke with Homeowner about issue. The system was blowing Cold Air but was not providing Hot Air. Proceeded to the Furnace to troubleshoot. Blower Motor was running and System was in a 13 Flash Code Lockout indicating that a Limit Switch was open. Tested Safety Switches and found the Primary Limit on the Furnace was open. This Limit automatically resets itself and had failed. Bypassed Limit Switch and put system in operation to determine if their was an underlying issue to the failure of the Main Limit. Performed a Combustion Test on Furnace. Inspected and tested Integrity of Heat Exchanger using the Smoke Test. The Furnace is running at higher than normal Supply Air Temperature. Furnace is rated for a 45-75 Degree Temperature Differential and is running around a 85 Degree Differential with a Supply Temperature around 145 Degrees. The Primary Limit is set to reset at 160 Degrees. Inspected the Indoor Coil which had
