Performed ac check up, check electrical low and high ok replce filter, flushed drain, draining slower, informed customer, also no wet switch in installed, to prevent water damaged in case drain blocks, indoor coil needs deep cleaning as soon as posssible, we will try to removed coil without disconnecting pipes, if we have to disconnect pipes we need to add for pumpdown and vacuum, also blower wheel needs deep cleaning, recommend installing ez trap and wet switch as the unit gets older average life is between 12 to 15 years, Removed blower compartment and clean blower wheel. Also clean indoor coil very dirty, would try with out disconnecting coil if we can’t clean it correctly without disconnecting coil extra work will applied to bill, pumpdown and pull vacuum, made all necessary repairs to clean coil and blower wheel, pressure test at 250 psig, ok evacuation re check r 22 test ok, flushed drain ok check ac and heat mode ok,
