Service call that the Air Handler/AC system which supplies the Breakfast Area was not working. Upon arrival found system was turned off. Turned System on to test Operation. Found Blower Motor was seized and would not operate. Also found Blower Wheel fins are completely covered in dust and soot from the construction that took place in the room. The Blower Motor needs to be replaced before the system can be fully tested. While the Motor is apart there is more access to clean the Blower Wheel. Removed Blower Assembly and Blower Wheel Assembly. Removed the failed Motor and dry cleaned the Blower Wheel and Housing. Installed a new 1/3 HP 1075 RPM Blower Motor with new Capacitor. Installed Blower Assembly into the Air Handler. Wired Blower and Capacitor. Installed a new 20x20x Air Filter. Restored power to the system and tested operation. Measured Supply Temperature at 48 Degrees with a 66 Degree Return Air Temperature. The Outdoor Unit has a Low Ambient Switch Installed which causes the O
