Performed precision heat tune up on rudd gas furnace. Replaced 16x24x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked manifold gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Cleaned flame sensor, and blew out all condensate and pressure switch tubing. Rudd gas furnace is working fine at time of service. Also homeowner stated that after the water heater was replaced in 2017, we also replaced the pressure reducing valve in 2017, that the water pressure has changed especially on the hot side . Took water pressure from bottom of water heater and it was 43lbs with no fixtures running. After turning on kitchen sink , water pressure dropped down to 36 lbs possible sediment or just a failed pressure reducing valve. Told homeowner it could be a possibility that everyone is experiencing a lower water pressure. Homeowner is going to talk with neighbors first before making a decision.
