Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed 3 headed ductless system. Checked level of all three heads. All good. Outdoor unit and disconnect level. Operating great at time of QA. Indoor head that was leaking stopped yesterday. Investigated the leak issue. Condensate drain looks to be pitched properly. Customer said it was leaking mainly during storm. Checked drain outside. Drain terminates close to the ground. Poured water into indoor head and pan filled up with water and drained extremely slow. Went back out and sucked on end of drain and had restriction then suddenly bunch of debris came out. Debris more than likely blew up drain from tropical storm and clogged drain. Poured 16oz of water into head again and this time drain pan kept up and drained properly. Did raise up drain off the ground some. If water leak happens again we will need to take down line hide and inspect further.
