Arrived at customers home and proceeded to bubble check the system while it still had a charge. Found no leaks with bubbles. Proceeded to reclaim existing refrigerant from the system. Performed nitrogen pressure test on system. Tested at 435 psi. Found a very small leak at press fitting. Repaired leak and retested with nitrogen at 435 psi. Found second leak at another press fitting. Repaired leak and pressure tested again at 450 psi. No more leaks found and pressure held. Proceed to perform a vacuum on the system and pulled to 400 microns. Vacuum test passed. Recharged system with 6.17 pounds of R-410A refrigerant. Re-caulked around areas on line hide that were opened to check for leaks. Test system to ensure proper operation. Pressures look good. Temp splits good. Running great at completion. No charge for this visit.
